Kim came over after work and insisted on taking Logan and Bill out to supper. She'd brought her cellular phone so the hotel could contact them if there were news.
"You're not doing anyone any good sitting around. You'll feel better if you get some fresh air."
Kim took them to Roppongi, to a yatai mura which, translated literally, meant "village of street stalls". Logan found himself in a large and raucous dining area, which was surrounded by stalls of food vendors.
Assigned seats at the end of a long table the rest of which was filled with a young, lively group of office ladies, they walked around and selected whatever appealed to them at the various stands.
