1. The balance of the refund of Government Bond Refund Money
   for 1984 is certified to be the above mentioned amount.
2. The balance of the refund will be delivered by the same
   amount of 15-year interest-bearing Treasury bonds.
3. These Government bonds will be handled by the Bank of Japan
   Headquarters, Branches and Agencies and by Dai-Ichi Kangyo
   Bank Government Bond Agency.
